I am the co-founder and co-editor for www.tubechum.com.
TubeChum.com was launched in August 2013 as a platform to provide news and features, covering stories exclusively on the worlds most popular video-sharing network - YouTube.
What started as a small project has grown into a larger website with a loyal selection of readers. We have a number of guest writers and contributors who have helped to further establish the website as a reputable source for YouTube news.
We host a growing number of news pieces, user competitions, feature interviews, comment pieces and video tutorials. A regular podcast is also being developed.
As co-editor I help maintain the website, from its overall design to the content that is uploaded. I manage the small team of guest writers and contributors and sub-edit their writing. I also help run the website competitions and write regular articles that go up on the site each week.
The editorial team has regular meetings to discuss future plans for the website, as well as assessing the statistical data of the site and ways to improve traffic and audience interaction. Despite the website being at its early stages, it has already seen a consistent level of traffic each day.
